Hi, I'm Alli Postell,
I have been a lash artist for 15 years in Utah and Arizona, and I have a huge passion for our industry. I have decided it is time for me to share my knowledge and help bring in the next generation of lash artists to the state of Utah and beyond! I am a certified instructor in the state of Utah, I am a NALA-accredited educator and lash artist, and have years of business management experience in multiple different businesses to help teach you not only how to do lashes successfully but to be strategic with the business aspects while doing so.
My mission is to help other women find confidence, independence, and success within this industry, and I look forward to helping teach others what I have learned along the way

If you’re wondering what an eyelash extension apprenticeship actually involves, you’re not alone—and I’m here to make it simple. My 125-hour program is designed to give you real, hands-on experience in a professional setting while guiding you through everything you need to know to become a confident, licensed lash artist.
You’ll learn proper lash extension application, styling, safety and sanitation, client communication, retention techniques, and business-building skills. This isn’t just about passing your state exam (though we’ll get you 100% ready for that)—it’s about becoming someone clients trust and come back to.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll work side-by-side with me, receive personalized feedback, and get the kind of mentorship you won’t find in a standard classroom. I provide all the training supplies so your kit stays fully stocked for your state board practical and for starting your career post-graduation.
Whether your goal is to work in a salon, start your own business, or just get really good at your craft, this program is built to help you get there—with support that lasts beyond graduation.
